Professional Experience:
Lawyer Yan Qi possesses dual professional expertise in law and finance. After graduating from law school, he launched his career at King & Wood Mallesons, where he specialized in cross-border syndicated loans, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and red-chip listings. Later, he joined CITIC Securities, China's leading investment bank, and then advanced to become a professional investor at CIB Fund, a large state-owned fund company, and China Taiping Poly Investment Management Co., Ltd. In these roles, he managed investment and financing portfolios exceeding RMB 5 billion. Lawyer Yan Qi distinguishes himself by addressing client challenges holistically—not only from a legal perspective but also through a commercial perspective. His unique background enables him to deliver pragmatic solutions that align with both legal compliance and business objectives, ensuring value-driven outcomes for clients.
