The international collaboration Agreement Signing Ceremony between Capital Equity Legal Group (CELG) and Jeff Leong, Poon&Wong law firm (JLPW) was formally held in the Kuala Lumpur APEC(1998) summit center—— Palace of the Golden Horses on July 9th,2017. The general director of CELG Mr Chen Youxi, went to Malaysia to participate in the signing ceremony, along with CELG international department lawyers Jing Lei and Hu Xiyan.

The signatory of CELG is the funder and general director Mr Chen Youxi, who is the 1st class lawyer, the vice-director of Constitution and Human Right Committee of China Bar Association, the deputy secretary-general of Intellectual Property Committee of China Bar Association, the party professor of law school of Renmin University, the committee member of Legal Expert Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Bureau.

CELG was founded in 1997 and was officially renamed Capital Equity in 2003. Three funding partners of JLPW separately attended several meetings, collaboration consultation and the signing ceremony. This collaboration is a mutually beneficial and win-win combination, and will accelerate the simultaneous development of two firms’ business in eight countries as well. Since then, CELG has cooperating lawyers and resident lawyers in Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mongolia and the Philippines.
