CELG has signed the legal consulting agreement with JETRO

Recently, CELG won the bid through the harsh assessment of experts who were hired by Japan External Trade Organization. After that, CELG has successfully become the legal advisor for Japan External Trade Organization in 2017.

 

In order to prepare for this fierce competition, CELG Japanese Business Department has spent nearly half a year working on detailed application information under the leadership of their department director Yin Nan. On July 1st, lawyer Yin Nan, on behalf of CELG, formally signed a legal adviser agreement with Japan's central government agency - Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). 


This year, after the establishment of consulting expert relations with the Japanese Yokohama government, it has been the second success of CELG Japanese Business Department, led by the director Yin Nan, submitting the bid for the legal advisor of international institutions. These achievements not only provide a huge space for CELG carrying out Chinese-Japanese legal service, but also open a new method for exchanges between Chinese and Japanese enterprises, such as technical cooperation and enterprise mergers.



Japan External Trade Organization is a national independent administrative agency which obeys the Law No.72, “Incorporated Administrative Agencies Japan External Trade Organization law”, issued on December 13th, Heisei era 14. This agency owns more than 70 overseas offices in 40 countries. Their Japanese headquarters located in Tokyo and Osaka. In fields of International commerce and trade among Japanese enterprises and foreigner enterprises, this agency provides powerful support for enterprises, as well as plays an important role in the trade policy making of Japan.
